Christian Falk, Head of Football at SPORTBILD, has now claimed that Sami Khedira wants to hold talks with Tottenham Hotspur in the near future.
The journalist claims that Khedira is already in England to hold transfer talks with Everton, but the player also wants to talk to other clubs, including Spurs.
Throughout his career, Khedira has won the Bundesliga, La Liga, Champions League, Serie A five times, the World Cup and much more (Wikipedia). However, the 33-year-old is yet to make an appearance for Juventus in the 2020/21 season.
Khedira recently told The Athletic in an interview that the Premier League was missing from his career collection. He also added that he had already been working with fitness trainers to prepare him for the intensity of the English game.
Tuttosport recently linked Khedira with both Tottenham and Everton, which would appear to line up with the claims made by Falk this week. Khedira also spoke about Mourinho’s influence on his career during the Athletic interview.
