Tottenham Hotspur will look to put the disappointment of letting yet another lead slip against Everton behind them as they aim to get three points away at Red Star Belgrade.
A win this evening will put the Lilywhites in a commanding position in the Group and will all but assure them of qualification going into the knockout phase.
With Spurs yet to register a win away from home this season in any competition, this will certainly be a big test for Mauricio Pochettino’s side, with the Serbian club having a fantastic home record.
One positive for Spurs is that Harry Kane is now available for selection after missing the game against Everton with illness. Kane has made a terrific start to the Champions League campaign having netted four goals in Tottenham’s three games in the competition so far (transfermarkt.com).
The striker took to social media to post the following message ahead of the game:

You wouldn’t bet against Kane netting another brace tonight as his record at the European level is fantastic. Tottenham desperately need to get an away win under their belt in order to give the players the belief that they can do it. A clean sheet will also be a massive bonus but knowing how difficult a prospect Red Star are at home, it will be a big ask.
