Keane: I’m missing the Spurs lads

Robbie Keane will return to Tottenham in the summer when his loan deal with Celtic ends.

The Republic of Ireland international has impressed during his loan spell with the Scottish outfit, but has confirmed that he will be heading back to White Hart Lane at the end of the campaign.

Keane said: “I’ve got a three-year contract at Tottenham so I will go back there in the summer.

“It’s just a loan move and always has been.

“I’ve got a lot of friends down at Tottenham and I miss the lads – I speak to them all the time and they are doing well at the moment.

“I also miss the tea ladies – they are very good down there!”

  1. I for one will welcome him back and Pavlyuchenko proved the point you cant score goal sitting on the bench .Robbie could have sat on the bench got is money and enjoyed is tea with the ladies. Spurs have one hate figure don't make it two . He is part of our History and will be apart of our new and exciting adventure in the future.
