Kyle Walker-Peters reveals how he is feeling being away from Spurs in two words

Kyle Walker-Peters has taken to Instagram to provide a brief update on how he is coping outside of the football season.

The right-back posted a photo of himself in action for Tottenham Hotspur during the Carabao Cup 3-1 win against West Ham United in October along with the caption “missing it”.

Walker-Peters made just 10 appearances for Spurs last season across all competitions last season after finding himself behind Kieran Trippier and Serge Aurier in the defensive pecking order in North London.

The 22-year-old faces a big summer in his career in whether he is prepared to once again spend so much time either in the stands after not being included in the match day squad or on the bench.

Should Aurier and Trippier remain at the club, it would be in the best interests of the England Under-21 international to spend the season out on loan at a lower Premier League club or a top Championship outfit.
