Kylian Mbappe urges this French star to join Tottenham this summer

Tottenham Hotspur are still on the lookout for a Mousa Dembele replacement this summer, with the big Belgian having transferred away to the Chinese Super League in January.

Dembele had been an integral member of the Spurs squad and was a regular started under Mauricio Pochettino over the last five seasons.

Perhaps the widest reported possible replacement this summer has been Lyon powerhouse Tanguy Ndombele, with Sky Sports reporting that the two clubs had entered talks over a week ago.

Ndombele is said to be worth around £63m this summer, a fee that would break Tottenham’s current club record (Sky Sports).

Football Insider have now reported that one of the best players in the world has urged Ndombele to sign for the Champions League finalists.

The report claims that Kylian Mbappe, Ndombele’s fellow French star, has told his teammate to secure a move to North London this summer in order to progress as a player.

Hugo Lloris, Spurs captain, has also apparently advised Ndombele to make the move.
