Lee Dixon has taken to social media to troll a Tottenham fan who posted a statistic about how long it has been since Arsenal finished above them in the Premier League.
The Gunners finished ahead of their North London rivals for 22 years straight before Spurs reversed the trend in 2017 under Mauricio Pochettino.
The Lilywhites have finished above Arsenal for the last five seasons and Antonio Conte will look to keep the trend going as his side are locked in a battle with Mikel Arteta’s men for the final Champions League qualification spot at the moment.
A Spurs fan took to social media to post that it had been 2152 days since the last St. Totteringham’s day – which is celebrated by Arsenal fans when their club are mathematically certain of finishing above Tottenham.
Predictably, Dixon responded by pointing out that it has been a long time since Spurs won any major trophy.
It’s been 256,804 days since THFC last won anything….🤣 @Arsenal

Spurs Web Opinion
If we do finish above Arsenal again for the sixth time in a row, Spurs fans should celebrate unapologetically and should not hesitate to rub it into the faces of Arsenal fans. They would certainly be celebrating if it was the other way round.
