BBC football pundit Mark Lawrenson has predicted that Tottenham Hotspur will beat Bolton Wanderers tomorrow.
He told BBC Sport Online: “Tottenham’s win over Blackburn on Wednesday was a very good result and one that impressed me more than most of their other victories this season, including a few in the Champions League, because they appeared to be there to be beaten at Ewood Park.
“Spurs went into the game with defensive problems and you could see them getting rolled over. Blackburn created loads of chances and were a bit unlucky. Tottenham, conversely, rode their luck but I was impressed with their resolve and it just showed me it is going to be a real scrap for fourth place.
“Bolton probably deserved to beat Wolves but it was still a bit of a surprise when they got their late goal, and think Tottenham will be too strong for them.
“Prediction: 2-0.”
