BBC Football pundit Mark Lawrenson has predicted that Tottenham Hotspur will beat Bolton Wanderers in the FA Cup on Sunday.

He told BBC Sport Online: “I think if you asked the Bolton chairman Phil Gartside if he’d prefer a Cup run or to stay in the top flight he would say the league every time.

“As for Tottenham, just as you think they are getting somewhere and in with a chance of finishing in the top four, they get some poor results.

“But they are a fantastic cup side and always have been, and with some decent draws I think they could reach the final.

“Verdict: 1-2.”

  1. Could be Bassong and Hud playing at the back tomorrow! That would be terrible. Dawson and King are doubtful.

This means JJ might play again, Bolton will be happy about that.

Why hasn’t O’hara been called back, he is far better than JJ and leaves nothing left on the pitch. The kind of player we need at Spurs.
