BBC football pundit Mark Lawrenson has predicted that Tottenham Hotspur will lose to Chelsea on Sunday.
Last time out, Lawrenson incorrectly predicted that Spurs draw with Manchester United, when it ended up as a 3-1 win for the Premier League champions.
He told BBC Sport online: “By Sunday evening Tottenham will have an idea what’s in store for them this season. They will have to go to Stamford Bridge carrying an attacking threat but also get the balance of the team right.
“That’s hard to judge when you haven’t got the ball, and against Chelsea they’re playing against an outstanding team. They’re all top-class internationals and they’ve not lost a game under Carlo Ancelotti.
“Verdict: 2-1.”
