Ben Davies has been an extremely reliable performer and a model professional at Tottenham during his decade-long stay at the club, with the Welshman hardly ever putting a foot wrong whenever he is called upon.
The experienced defender has played more than he would have expected to this season due to Spurs‘ injury woes, and he has not let down Ange Postecoglou.
However, the former Swansea man’s current deal at Hotspur Way runs out in June, and he has now reportedly emerged as a target for Leeds in the summer.

It is explained that Daniel Farke wants defensive reinforcements to his squad to be able to cope with the rigours of top-flight football, with the German being a fan of Davies.
The Tottenham man’s ability to play at centre-back and left-back is thought to be appealing to the Championship side, who are already putting plans in place to bring the experienced defender to Elland Road.

However, Ange Postecoglou had no intention of letting the 31-year-old leave mid-season, given the injury crisis that he was dealing with at Tottenham.
