Aaron Lennon has credited England manager, Fabio Capello, with his blistering form this season.
Lennon has earned rave reviews with his performances down the right for Spurs this season and he has lavished praise upon the England boss.
“It’s been brilliant. It’s everything about him, the way he is around the hotel, the way he carries himself and the discipline he has brought to the team is excellent. If you look at the results, it’s definitely working.
“Obviously he’s been good to me. I had been out of the squad for a long time so for him to put me back in was brilliant. It’s good to know that I’ve already been to a World Cup, that experience has helped me a great deal.
“It came at a very young age, I’d just turned 19 at the time and it was great to be there. it’s only made me more hungry. I want to be around that environment again and again.”
