Ange Postecoglou has named his Tottenham Hotspur starting eleven ahead of this evening’s pre-season friendly against Barcelona.
Tottenham round off their pre-season campaign with a match against the La Liga giants in the Joan Gamper trophy at their temporary home, the Lluís Companys Olympic Stadium.
As expected, Postecoglou has made wholesale changes from his Tottenham side which beat Shakhtar Donetsk 5-1 on Sunday with the Australian having 0ne eye on Sunday’s Premier League opener at Brentford, while Barcelona also kick off their season on the same day against Getafe.
The Joan Gamper Trophy is an exhibition match hosted annually in August by the Catalan side before the start of the new season, named in honour of the Swiss-born legend who was a founding member, player, and president of Barcelona.
