Nuno Espirito Santo has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in this evening’s Carabao Cup last sixteen clash against Burnley.
Spurs come into the tie at Turf Moor having suffered back-to-back defeats in the past week with Nuno having fielded completely different line ups in the fixtures against Vitesse Arnhem and West Ham United only to suffer the same fate.
The North Londoners will be looking to go one better in this season’s competition, having reached the final under Jose Mourinho during the previous campaign only for the Portuguese to be sacked in the days leading up to the Wembley showpiece with interim boss Ryan Mason suffering a 1-0 defeat to perennial winners Manchester City.
This is who takes to the field for Tottenham this evening against Sean Dyche’s side.
Tottenham Hotspur: Gollini, Emerson Royal, Sánchez, Romero, Davies, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Lo Celso, Bergwijn, Bryan, Kane (C).

Spurs fans will certainly be expecting a response from Nuno’s side and nothing short of a victory against Burnley or the pressure which the Portuguese is under will only increase with the frustration of another chance of silverware vanishing into thin air.
