Line Up: Manchester City v Spurs – Conte makes four changes

Antonio Conte has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in this evening’s Premier League clash against Manchester City.

Having been second best in the north London derby at home to Arsenal on Sunday, Tottenham now face the tough trip to Manchester to try to avoid falling further behind in the race for the top four.

City have won seven of their nine games at home this season, however, they have been out of sorts in their last two matches having had just one shot on target in their last back-to-back defeats to Southampton and Manchester United.

One good omen at least for Tottenham is the fact they have beaten City in their previous two meetings and will have to show a significantly improved performance than what fans have had to endure in recent weeks which includes an almost predictable drab and lethargic first half display.

Emerson Royal, Ben Davies, Ivan Perisic and Rodrigo Bentancur come back into the starting eleven

This is who takes to the field under the lights of the Eithad Stadium this evening:

Tottenham: Lloris (c), Royal, Romero, Dier, Davies, Perisic, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Kulusevski, Son, Kane

Subs: Forster, Tanganga, Doherty, Sanchez, Lenglet, Sessegnon, Bissouma, Sarr, Richarlison
