Line Up: Spurs v Aston Villa – No Kulusevski

Antonio Conte has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in this afternoon’s Premier League clash against Aston Villa.

The north Londoners kick off the new year at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium knowing they need a win to return to the top four after Manchester United’s win at Wolverhampton Wanderers saw them move into the final Champions League qualification spot.

Tottenham certainly need to start the match against Unai Emery’s side brighter than they have done in recent outings, which has seen them go behind in each of their last nine matches.

Spurs have won seven of their last eight Premier League games on New Year’s Day, with the exception being a 1-0 loss at Southampton in 2020.

Hugo Lloris and Cristian Romero take their place back in the starting eleven following their recent involvement at the World Cup.
