Line Up: Spurs v Liverpool – Conte makes two changes

Antonio Conte has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in this afternoon’s Premier League clash against Liverpool.

Tottenham return to action at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on the back of their dramatic late win in the Champions League on Tuesday against Marseille which secured their place in the last sixteen of the competition as winners of Group D. The victory did come at a cost, however, with Heung-min Son having suffered a facial fracture which rules him out of the visit of the Reds.

The Merseysiders have yet to win a top-flight away match this season and head into today’s game ten points behind the north Londoners in the table but their form at Spurs is impressive, having won five of their last nine league away fixtures against the lilywhites, losing just once.

Cristian Romero and Richarlison (both calf) are also both missing once again, however Dejan Kulusevski is named among the substitutes as he steps up his recovery from a hamstring injury.
