Nuno Espirito Santo has selected his Tottenham Hotspur side for his first ever North London derby against Arsenal.
While Tottenham’s first Premier League fixture is still a week away, when it comes to facing the Woolwich, there is no such thing as a friendly in the eyes of the Spurs fans and will be the first time the rivals have squared off in such a fixture since 1990.
This afternoon will also see the return of supporters to the stands of the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the first time since the government eased COVID restrictions.
Tottenham have finished above Arsenal in the Premier League table for the past five seasons in a row and will be certainly looking for the trend to continue.
This is who takes to the field this afternoon in N17:
Tottenham Hotspur: Lloris (C), Reguilon, Dier, Sanchez, Tanganga, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Bergwijn, Dele, Lucas, Son
Subs: Gollini, Whiteman, Doherty, Winks, Rodon, Sissoko, Lo Celso, Aurier, Davies, Carter-Vickers, Omole, Scarlett, John, Clarke
