Line Up: Vitesse vs Tottenham Hotspur

Nuno Espirito Santo has named his Tottenham Hotspur side which will take to the field in this evening’s UEFA Conference League clash against Vitesse Arnhem.

As expected, the Portuguese has made wholesale changes to the side that beat Newcastle United in the Premier League on Sunday having revealed yesterday that he would be leaving some of his squad back in London to continue preparations ahead of Sunday’s derby against West Ham United (Sky Sports).

Nuno has previously used a similar strategy for a European tie when he left a number of key players at home for the first leg against Pacos de Ferreira, where they suffered a 1-0 defeat but followed it up with a victory against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Premier League.

The Dutch opponents are currently sixth in the Eredivisie and have beaten Mura and lost to Rennes in their opening two group stage matches.

There are starts for the likes of Joe Rodon, Dele Alli, Harry Winks and Dane Scarlett.

This is who takes to the field for Spurs under the lights at the GelreDome as confirmed by the official UEFA website.

Tottenham: Gollini, Tanganga, Rodon, Sanchez, Davies, Winks, Dele, Lo Celso, Gil, Bergwijn, Scarlett

Subs: Austin, White, John, Fagan-Walcott, Clarke, Cesay, Craig, Craig, Lyons-Foster, Markanday
