Line Ups: Tottenham v Wolves – Son starts

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Ange Postecoglou has named his side which will take to the field in this afternoon’s Premier League fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Tottenham will be looking to maintain their grip on fourth place in the Premier League table ahead of Aston Villa who are also in action when they make the trip to the capital to face Fulham.

Postecoglou revealed in Friday’s pre-match press conference that he will be without the services of both first-choice full-backs today with Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro both ruled out through injury on the back of last weekend’s late 2-1 win against Brighton.

Back-up goalkeeper Fraser Forster is also expected to be out of action for the next couple of months with a fracture of his foot and joins Manor Solomon and Ryan Sessegnon on the sidelines.

He told Football.London: “We’ve had a couple of setbacks this week. Destiny [Udogie] obviously picked up a little bit of a knock last week. Not available for tomorrow, don’t think it is anything too serious. With no game next weekend, he should be back. Pedro [Porro] picked up a strain at training. Again, probably a couple of weeks for him. With the game break hopefully he doesn’t miss too many.

“Probably the major one for us is Fraser Forster – got a knock in training, got a fracture in his foot. He’ll probably miss conservatively a couple of months. They are the main three. Coming back, nothing from last week. Everyone is available.
