Listen: Spurs legend believes they may struggle to recruit for this position

Tottenham have struggled in recent years to find a back up to Harry Kane who can help him with the goalscoring burden in London.

Roberto Soldado and Vincent Janssen have both tried and failed in recent seasons and with Fernando Llorente’s contract with the club coming to end, the Lilywhites may also have to add a striker to their squad to serve as Harry Kane’s new understudy.

However, former Spurs midfielder Micky Hazard feels that the club will find it difficult to sign a top striker as no player would want to play second fiddle to Harry Kane.

Hazard is right in saying that no top player would like to sit on the bench. However, with the likes of Dele Alli, Son Heung-Min and Lucas Moura showing that they are capable of playing up front, perhaps all Spurs need is to sing a younger understudy to Kane.
