Tottenham have put in a competent and steady first half performance at the Rajko Mitic Stadium against Red Star Belgrade and find themselves 1-0 up at the interval.
As expected, Mauricio Pochettino made several changes to the team with the likes of Danny Rose, Juan Foyth, Eric Dier, and Giovani Lo Celso all coming into the team while Harry Kane was also fit enough to start after missing the Everton game with an illness.
The midfield has looked extremely balanced both defensively and going forward and the Lilywhites played some neat football in the first half. The goal eventually came courtesy of Lo Celso after both Kane and Son struck the post in the same move.

It is now vital that we see this lead out and get our first away win of the campaign. While we have looked quite dangerous going forward, the home side have also had a couple of decent chances to score and so the defence must remain switched on in the second half. With our struggles in keeping clean sheets, we certainly need at least one more goal to have this win in the bag.
