Lord Sugar responds to Arsenal draw

Before this match week, Tottenham Hotspur sat level on points with both Arsenal and Chelsea, with Liverpool and Manchester City just two ahead.

It is extremely tight at the top of the table still, despite Liverpool and Chelsea recording wins before Spurs and City face off.

The only top six team to drop points this weekend so far have been Arsenal, who drew 2-2 to Crystal Palace after giving away two penalties.

This makes today’s game doubly crucial for Spurs, as they could leapfrog both Arsenal and City if they were to win at Wembley.

This would stamp a huge statement of intent for the club after suffering recent Champions League woes.

However, despite enjoying their best ever start to a Premier League season, of course ex-Chairman Alan Sugar weighed in with his pessimistic predictions.

Lord Sugar believes it is wishful thinking to claim Spurs will grab all three points at Wembley tomorrow, despite the fact a ball has yet to be kicked.
