Owen Hargreaves is reportedly on the brink of joining Manchester City on a free transfer.
The England international was released by Manchester United at the end of last season after years of injury problems. Hargreaves has heavily been linked with a move to Tottenham over the past few days, but once again Spurs face the prospect of being outpriced in wages by City.
