Manchester United star Alexis Sanchez is fighting to be fit enough to play in Monday night’s Premier League clash against Spurs.
The former Arsenal forward missed the 3-2 defeat against Brighton & Hove Albion on Sunday.
Jose Mourinho spoke after the defeat on the south coast of Sanchez’s injury:
“I don’t know really.”
“Let’s wait for the results of the studies, but I don’t think it’s a big thing,” he told reporters.
“I think it will be one or two weeks maximum.”
However, Sanchez has taken to Instagram to provide a message to the fans on his injury.
On the platform, he said: “Training to be back soon.”
