Manor Solomon should officially become a Tottenham Hotspur player in the next two to three days – that’s according to the player’s agent, who has provided an update on the proposed transfer.
Tottenham have been busy in the transfer market already this summer, and picked up two new players to add to the permanent signing of loan stars Dejan Kulusevski and Pedro Porro.
The arrival of both Guglielmo Vicario and James Maddison has been enough to instil a positive atmosphere around the club.

After fixing problem areas in the Spurs squad, it was suspected Ange Postecoglou would next acquire a new centre-back.
The manager previously told the club’s board the central defensive area was something that needed addressing this summer (90 Min).
However, over the weekend, Fabrizio Romano revealed Spurs had reached an agreement with Manor Solomon to join the club on a free transfer.
The deal was something of a surprise, but has pleased Tottenham fans all the same.
Solomon’s agent expects deal in two to three days
Speaking to Sport5, Solomon’s agent, Ben Ezra, has provided an update on when we can expect the official announcement for the new signing.
He said: “He needs to undergo medical tests and sign the contract. That will happen in two or three days. He will not fly there until the bureaucratic matters like the visa will be sorted out.
“It is a club that is very close to the hearts of people around Manor. Pini Zahavi sat with Daniel Levy for several months and offered him Manor. What happened happened. In the last few days, there was a breakthrough.
On the decision to join Tottenham, Ezra added: “[Tottenham] is a top ten club in England. Manor is coming for five years, not for a year on loan.
“At a club like Chelsea, Arsenal, or Tottenham, there are several players in each position and this competition will make him better. Manor made his considerations and chose another club.
“In addition to Tottenham, Aston Villa, West Ham, and RB Leipzig wanted him as a replacement for Christopher Nkunku. In addition to Tottenham, Manor was also interested. But if you leave the Premier League, you can’t always return to it.”

Once this deal is over the line, we can turn our attention to getting that defence sorted out. We need at least one high-quality centre-back, ideally two. But with Solomon, we have managed to add a great player to an already formidable attack.
