Mark Noble gives his take on Tottenham’s title chances

Tottenham’s three back to back wins over Fulham, Watford and Newcastle, and Manchester City’s and Liverpool’s recent slip-ups has meant that Spurs find themselves just 2 points off second place and 5 points behind the league leaders.

This has meant that Tottenham cannot be ignored in the title race despite most pundits labeling it a two horse race earlier in the season. Despite Spurs making up ground on the from two, some experts like former Man Utd defender Gary Neville have insisted that the Lillywhites still don’t have enough to get across the line.

The result that has really blown the title race wide open was Liverpool’s draw away to West Ham on Monday night. West Ham captain Mark Noble who featured in the game was talking to Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football after the result and he was asked about the title race.

The 31-year-old said he expects the race to be really exciting and refused to rule out Totteham. Noble said, “A lot has been said about Spurs, not signing any players, but Pochettino keeps churning out results.

“They’re going to keep coming. To be honest, as a neutral, it’s going to be a fantastic end of the season.”
