Former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has taken to social media to wish Harry Kane a happy birthday.
Pochettino and Kane enjoyed a fruitful spell together in North London, spending five-and-a-half years side by side between 2014 and 2019.
The current England captain saw his level elevate under the Argentine coach and became the focal point at Spurs as they helped the club grow into a competitive outfit.
Kane and Pochettino were a huge part of Tottenham’s successive pushes for the Premier League title from 2015 to 2017, and again in 2019 when the Lilywhites made it all the way to the Champions League final.
Pochettino took to Instagram to wish Kane a happy birthday with the striker turning 29 today (July 28).
The recently-departed Paris Saint-Germain coach tagged Kane in a picture of them both celebrating in Spurs training gear with a glass of champagne.

Spurs Web Opinion
Pochettino was a big part of Kane’s career development and it is no surprise to see they are still pretty close given they spent quite a long time with each other. Although never managing to end the club’s silverware drought, they created lasting memories and are likely still in touch to this day despite Pochettino’s difficult departure three years ago.
