AC Milan have released a statement confirming that they have reached an agreement to sign Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
Tottenham fans were hoping that Harry Redknapp would bring the Real Madrid striker to White Hart Lane, but yet again Spurs have missed out on a proven international.
A statement on the official AC Milan website read: “A.C. Milan communicate they have reached an agreement with Real Madrid for the purchase of striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. The Dutch footballer will be subjected to the medical checks tomorrow, after which he will sign a contract which will keep him at the Rossoneri club until 30 June 2013.”
