Mohammed Kudus builds his ultimate Tottenham player with Harry Kane and Gareth Bale

Tottenham Hotspur star Mohammed Kudus has been putting his knowledge of the club’s history to the test, selecting a mix of legends and current teammates to construct his ideal footballer.

Mohammed Kudus has settled into life in north London seamlessly, and his performances on the pitch have been equally impressive.

The wide forward has already managed eight goal involvements with six assists and two goals in 15 appearances in the league, equalling his tally from last season after 32 games with West Ham United.

Tottenham fans will be hoping the Ghana international can continue building on his displays this season as he improves under manager Thomas Frank.

Mohammed Kudus builds his ultimate Tottenham player

Kudus is not the only top player to have taken to the pitch in north London, with several others impressing during their time at Tottenham too.

The 25-year-old has now attempted to build his ultimate Tottenham player, naming the best Spurs men past and present in different categories during a segment with TNT Sports.

When asked about the player with the best right foot, Kudus picked Harry Kane, while for the left foot, he went with Gareth Bale.

For first touch, his choice was Christian Eriksen, for speed, he selected Micky van de Ven, while Kane was named once more for heading.

Kudus then rounded off his list by choosing himself for strength and the current Spurs captain, Cristian Romero, for passion.

Spurs are yet to fill the Harry Kane void

Spurs are currently going through a transition period and are yet to replace some of the top players who have departed the club in recent years.

One such player is Harry Kane, who made Kudus’ list twice, given his elite finishing with both his feet and head.

The forward was world-class and a top all-around player who literally helped carry Spurs to several top-four finishes thanks to his goalscoring and playmaking ability.

The current Tottenham squad lacks a player of that elite world-class ability, and it is no surprise the club have been linked with a sensational move for Kane in the past few months.
