Most Spurs fans have the same frustrated reply to Tottenham tweet

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with plenty of big names throughout this transfer window so far, but that will do little to lift the spirits of the Spurs faithful.

Spurs fans desperately want to see their club actually sign some new players, with the club currently enduring a run of almost 18 months without a new face.

Tottenham are said to be in talks with Lyon over the transfer of Tanguy Ndombele (Sky Sports), while the BBC reported that Spurs had a £53m bid turned down for Giovani Lo Celso.

It is also said that Ryan Sessegnon is keen on joining Spurs (Guardian) and that the club have also bid for Leeds United youngster Jack Clarke (Daily Mail). However, still now confirmation on any of these deals.

Tottenham decided to put out a ‘Flashback Friday’ tweet yesterday, showing the difference between the old White Hart Lane and the new TottenhamHotspur Stadium.
