It has been almost 18 months since Tottenham signed Lucas Moura from PSG back in January 2018, the last deal that the club completed.
Spurs fans have been made to wait a long time for another new face in the squad, but that wait may finally be over, with two buses coming at once.
According to the Guardian, Spurs have agreed a fee of £10m with Leeds United for winger Jack Clarke, which could rise to £11.5m after add ons.
Clarke reportedly completed his medical at Tottenham today and an announcement is expected later in the week (Standard).
Not only this, but Spurs are also reportedly close to signing Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon after the player had a tour with Pochettino around Hotspur Way this week (Sun).
Sky Sports have reported that Tottenham and Lyon have already agreed a £65m fee for the player this summer.
As a result of these reports, Tottenham fans are clearly expecting announcements any day now, and were frustrated by Spurs’ tweet earlier today, promoting the club app.
It’d be nice seeing Ndombele and Clarke’s face on the app
