Spurs Web Opinion

If reports over recent weeks are to be believed, it does look like we are likely to target up and coming talents this summer over established stars. Clubs in smaller leagues are likely to be desperate for some cash influx due to the impact of COVID-19 and there are potentially some great deals to be had despite our low transfer budget if we approach the transfer window smartly.
