The Paris Saint-Germain winger was pictured at St Pancras train station in central on Tuesday morning as he arrived via Euro star from Paris.

The Brazilian, 25, was at Spurs’ Enfield training base last week to discuss personal terms, which have been agreed however it is not known if he has completed a medical.

An article in The Sun added that Moura will leave PSG for £25m, according to multiple reports with him being used sparingly by PSG coach Unai Emery this season, and thus WILL BE available for Spurs in the Champions League.

It adds how Mauricio Pochettino’s men play Juventus in the last-16 of the competition next month and that we had been interested in Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha, but the Eagles told Spurs that the Ivorian is not for sale at any price.

Moura, who has 36 caps for Brazil, has long been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool all showing interest in the past.

It adds how he moved to Paris in January 2013, where he has won four Ligue 1 titles and the Coupe de France three times, however he has made just six appearances this term after PSG brought in Neymar and Kylian Mbappe to play alongside Edinson Cavani.

The article goes on to say that Mauricio Pochettino said at weekend that he wanted to make “quality signings” before Wednesday’s deadline. “Of course we have some options,” Pochettino said. “We are going in the last few days to see if we can add players that add good quality. If not then it won’t happen. But it’s about in the next few days to see if we have some possibilities with some players.”
