Mourinho reveals whether he thinks Kane will be able to start against Man City

Jose Mourinho has revealed that he thinks Harry Kane will be able to start against Manchester City in the Premier League this weekend (Football London).

This comes despite the fact that the striker played around an hour against Everton in the FA Cup loss at Goodison in mid-week.

Kane was rested on the bench for the match but was called upon in the second half when his side were behind in the knockout tie.

The England captain did what he does best by hauling Spurs back into the match, nodding home a Heung-min Son cross to make it 4-4 and send the game to extra-time.

Unfortunately, this was perhaps a false victory as Tottenham went on to lose the game, thus putting an unnecessary 30 minutes into the legs of some tired players ahead of Man City.

Despite starting against West Brom and playing an hour against Everton, while also experiencing a little stiffness after the latter game, Mourinho has claimed that he thinks Harry Kane will be able to start against Pep Guardiola’s men (Football London).
