Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly signed Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham on deadline day, with just under two hours to go until the window slams shut.
Reports indicated yesterday that the teenager would join Spurs for a fee of around £30m today, with Josh Onomah moving to Fulham in return (Mirror).
Dan Kilpatrick from the Evening Standard has now claimed that the deal is done and Spurs have signed up the 19-year-old on a five-year deal. He also added that Spurs have the option to extend this contract if they so desire.
Sam Wallace from the Daily Telegraph has also confirmed the move on Twitter.
This comes after the ex-Fulham player had only a year left on his contract at Craven Cottage, meaning that Scott Parker and co had to sell up or risk losing him on a free.
It has been well reported that Sessegnon wanted to join Spurs in particular as he wanted to both stay in London and meet up with Pochettino due to his excellent record with progressing English youngsters (Guardian).
