According to Italian publication Tuttosport, Tottenham are one among a whole host of European clubs who are interested in adding Juventus winger Douglas Costa to their squad in the summer.
The likes of Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester City and Manchester United are also said to be tracking the Brazilian.
It is reported that the Serie A giants want more than thee £34 million they paid to Bayern Munich to make his transfer permanent last summer.
The 28-year-old, who was a star in Turin last season, has found playing time a bit hard to come by this term, making most of his appearances off the bench.
While some Spurs fans on hearing the news felt Costa was exactly was Tottenham needed, others were more skeptical about the signing given his age and failure to live up to the hype surrounding him earlier in his career.
