Harry Kane has finally broken his silence on the rumours that emerged this week regarding his return to Tottenham training at Hotspur Way.
The England captain has claimed that he has never and will never refuse to train with Spurs, adding that some of the comments made by people this week have been hurtful.
It was reported by many on Monday that Kane had not shown up to Hotspur Way for his return to training when he was expected to.
The Times later claimed Nuno Espirito Santo’s pre-season plans have been disrupted because of Kane’s failure to return to North London.
Kane has been linked with a move to Man City for much of this summer, however, Tottenham maintain the striker is not for sale.
The striker himself has now taken to social media to reveal that, while he does not want to go into specifics, he will be returning to the club tomorrow and has never refused to do so.

This is exactly why I said people should not jump the gun. We have no idea what has gone on behind closed doors, only what the media has reported. It was always best to wait for Spurs or Kane to comment before saying anything.
