“Niko is definitely leaving Tottenham”

Niko Kranjcar

Niko Kranjcar admits his lack of action may force him to look for a move from Spurs.

He told Mediaservis: “Of course, I have to wait to see what Tottenham have to say, but as things stand, a transfer somewhere else is not that far away.

“I am not angry or too disappointed. I believe that things will improve at Spurs, but if not then I will look for a club where I can play week in and week out.

“I don’t want to spend my years just sitting on the bench because I love this sport which is why I’m unhappy when I’m not playing more regularly.”

The player’s father, Zlatko, was even more direct as he claimed to 24sata: “Niko is definitely leaving Tottenham.

“That is his choice and I totally agree with him. There just isn’t any sense to be sitting on the bench all the time.”

Have something to tell us about this article?

  1. Shame Arry doesnt give the lad a chance, well not too many chances anyway. 2 Goals for Croatia last night, maybe have him on the bench against the scum on the weekend. Give him a run out on maybe the right wing as i doubt bale will come off, unless he is having a shocker of a game. Then afterwards maybe get little luka to go upto Niko and ask his ……"so you had your chance the second half and you played shite……..so why all this talk about not playing regualar ya knob jockey ehh!!!!!!!"

COYS………..really hope we dont buckle against the scum…..cant stand all the scum fans in the office

  2. It is obvious the guy has an eye for goals, if Harry cannot find a position for him , why not play him up front with pav in a 4-4-2 ,with vdv with modders in the middle.Kranjka cannot be any worse than crouchy, I think it could work as he is a proven goal scorer, the croatia game yesterday is a fine example. The guy is to good to let go, just look at the games we have one when he has been playing, and the likes of Jenas gets to play instead of him, no wonder he is unhappy.
