Hull City have not made an approach for Alan Hutton, Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed.
Press reports had claimed that the Tigers had made a £7million approach for the Scottish international, but Spurs boss Harry Redknapp has insisted no approach has been made.
Hutton has also been linked with a switch to Everton – but no deal has materialised.
Redknapp said: “I never had an approach from Hull City for Alan Hutton.
“I don’t know anything about that.”
