Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the team selection for this evening’s Carabao Cup match against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.
After disappointing performances against Crystal Palace, Rennes and Chelsea, Nuno Espirito Santo has shuffled his side from Sunday’s loss with six changes to the side that will take to the field this evening.
Nuno has named a relatively strong team with Harry Kane, Tanguy Ndombele and Cristian Romero all starting, with Sergio Reguilon, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Heung-min Son among the subs.
Spurs have only scored three goals from five Premier League matches this season and their 1-0 victory against Wolves last month courtesy of a Dele Alli penalty was also far from convincing.
Steven Bergwijn, Lucas Moura and Ryan Sessegnon were all ruled out once again prior to the fixture with their respective injury issues (Spurs official) as the North Londoners look to go one better than last season, having lost to Manchester City in the final at Wembley.
This is how some of the North London faithful reacted to news of the team:
Very good team. Just try innit. Going on another cup run would be great

Stronger than I thought in terms of line up. To be fair we need to build up some sort of form and that has to override any sort of fatigue within the squad.
They need minutes at this stage to find any sort of cohesion going forward
