Gabby Agbonlahor has criticised Harry Kane for staying silent as the speculation over his future rumbles on.
Earlier this week, it emerged that Bayern Munich are set to submit their second offer of €80m (£68.4m) plus add-ons for Kane but it was widely reported that the offer is not even enough to bring Spurs to the negotiating table (90 min).

However, if some sources over recent days are to be believed, Bayern are not prepared to give up on their pursuit of the Tottenham man, and are even prepared to break the €100m (£85.5m) barrier to sign him (L’Equipe via GFFN).
On Wednesday, it emerged that Paris Saint-Germain had also entered the race for Kane, with the Parisians allegedly willing to do ‘everything possible’ to bring the 29-year-old to the French capital (RMC Sport).
Meanwhile, Ange Postecoglou still has no clarity regarding his star striker’s future, with the Australian admitting in his press conference at the start of the week that the club have not given him any assurances about the England captain (Football.London).
Agbonlahor not happy with Harry Kane’s actions
Agbonlahor believes that Kane must make his stance clear as Spurs cannot afford for this situation to drag on for the rest of the summer.
The former Aston Villa striker told talkSPORT: “If I’m Daniel Levy, I’m saying £100 million by 20th July, Bayern Munich, or forget about it. Harry Kane is staying.
“I’ve got a year to try and make you sign a new contract, try and show you that we’re going in a new direction with the signings we’ve made.
“Because it can’t carry on, it’s not fair on Spurs fans. It’s not fair on his teammates. And I think Harry Kane’s staying very quiet which I don’t like.”
Spurs Web Opinion
Kane has nothing to gain from publicly addressing the speculation. The striker did publicly speak about his desire to leave Spurs a couple of years ago and it backfired.
So, he will feel he is doing the right thing by handling the situation internally and communicating his ideas to Levy and the Spurs hierarchy.
