‘Not having a good game’ – Lord Sugar criticises Spurs star during Norwich win

Former Tottenham Hotspur chairman Lord Sugar decided to take to Twitter during the club’s match against Norwich City earlier today to criticise the performance of Harry Kane.

The 28-year-old headed into the game against the Canaries with just a single Premier League goal to his name this season, a stark contrast to the prolific form he has shown in recent seasons.

Sugar, who was watching the game from Australia commented that Kane was not having the best of afternoon’s and suggested that the marksman was struggling to retain possession of the ball.

At 1-0, Kane missed a chance to score his first top-flight goal under Antonio Conte when he noticed that Tim Krul off his line, but the striker’s chipped effort over the keeper dropped wide of the target.

Sugar’s comments on Kane are slightly harsh given the all-round performance the England captain displayed, despite his frustration in front of goal.

Many have doubted Kane in the past and there is no question that the marksman will soon by firing on al cylinders for the North Londoners sooner rather than later.
