Some Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the team selection for this evening’s Europa Conference League fixture against NS Mura at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Nuno Espirito Santo will be looking to avoid a potential banana skin against their Slovenian opponents, who were founded just nine years ago.
The Portuguese has made changes to the side which lost to Arsenal in the North London derby on Sunday with Dane Scarlett coming into the attack to lead the line, while Joe Rodon and Cristian Romero are the central defensive partnership.
Dele Alli is handed the captain’s armband for the evening, while Harry Winks is also named in the starting eleven.
Harry Kane and Heung-min Son are named among the subs and hopefully will not be required ahead of Sunday’s match against Aston Villa.
