It looks as if Tottenham Hotspur will finish as the highest placed London club for the second season running as they sit comfortably clear of Arsenal and Chelsea in the table. Spurs are also the only club from the capital to be involved in the Champions League this season.
While Spurs grace the elite of European fixtures, it only natural that this has generated a lot of envy from rival fans who constantly have a go at Spurs and downplay their achievements. Tottenham fans are well aware that they might be the most hated club in London as Arsenal, Chelsea and West Ham all consider Spurs to be their main rivals at present.
While Arsenal lost to BATE Borisov of Belarus in the Europa League last week, Chelsea crashed out of the FA Cup after losing 2-0 to Manchester United on Monday. The Blues appear to be in turmoil as the Stamford Bridge crowd let their displeasure be known with chants of “f**k Sarriball” emanating from the stands.
Some Tottenham fans picked up on yet another detail during Chelsea’s FA Cup tie against Manchester United. Before the start of the game, the teams actually walked out of the tunnel to chants of “We hate Tottenham” from the Stamford Bridge crowd. Needless to say, some Spurs fans found this to be rather amusing.
Here’s how some of them reacted to the incident on social media:

Infatuation with super spurs 👍love it😁the fact that @ChelseaFC don’t ever get a mention by us, just goes to show how insignificant they’ve become 👋😀
