“Oh lord I hope this is fake” – Some Spurs fans react to ‘leaked’ images of next season’s kit

Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to social media to react to photographs which claim to be next season’s home and away kits

Spurs revealed in October 2018 that they had agreed a fifteen year kit deal with American sportswear giant Nike which is worth £30million a year (The Sun).

The North London side are set to get a uniquely designed strip from next season after Nike confirmed that they will be ditching their kit templates.

In reaction to criticism over their recent designs, Nike’s senior director of global communications Heidi Burgett recently took to social media to confirm that the company will be ditching their old approach.

The home shirt features a distinct pattern on the white area of the shirt while the collar and upper arm is navy blue.

The away shirt is plain green and certainly leaves a lot to be desired.
