Oliver Skipp receives personal award in Player of the Season vote at Norwich

Oliver Skipp received the third-highest number of votes from Norwich fans in the club’s Player of the Season poll.

Norwich have had an outstanding campaign, with the club reaping their rewards for sticking with Daniel Farke despite being relegated from the top flight last term.

With his consistent displays at the base of the Canaries midfield, Skipp has had a huge part to play in helping the club bounce straight back up to the Premier League

The Championship Team of the Year features as many as four Norwich players, which is not surprising given the season they have had, but Skipp missed out on the eleven.

However, the Tottenham youngster was voted the club’s third-best player over the course of the campaign, behind the Championship Player of the Season, Emiliano Buendia and club captain Grant Hanley.

The youngster even picked up a trophy for his third-place finish.

Spurs fans would be hoping that the 20-year-old is able to build on the impressive displays he has put in this campaign when he returns to North London ahead of next season.
