The Internacional midfielder has been tracked by Spurs since the summer and an agent has told ESPSN Soccernet that only a work permit is left to be secured for the deal to go through.

  1. My assumption is that he would have to play a few more games for Brazil so maybe not until after the World Cup. That is why Harry would say he doesn’t have his mind on anyone at the moment, but who knows if we are offered someone a dea could be done. I would still like us to sign another centre back, the assumption seems to be that Dawson and Bassong are good enough and the hope that either woodgate or King will be available for the occasional game, not good enough for me. I think we should also recall either O’Hara or Livermore as cover for our Midfield as Palacios form has not been great and now we are more likely to lose players to suspension and injury.

  2. Its hold your breath time and Hope all our stars don’t get poached by the Camel shits money or smelly Manure .The two players I would like is Robyn and Samba Hutton for Samba and Pavlyuchenko for Robyn and bring Bostock back and Ohara.

  3. If we ever eventually sign this lad I hope he turns out to be a goodun because I’m bored to tears with the story and I might cause someone physical harm if he turns out to be a numpty.

  4. Well said stoney i’m bored with this too. Everyone thinks they know that this lad is good from playin Footy Manager or watchin clips on you tube. I have a mate in brazil who reckons this lad is shite. I’m sick of everyone goin on about him we know fuck all about him so stop sayin he’s our fucking saviour and including him in yer post jan 2010 line ups. I’m sick of speculation full stop.

  5. He is certainly a young talented footballer worth signing but I would much prefer players like Matthew Upson, Gary Cahill and Scott Parker who are used to the Premier League.

  6. Oh no he won’t it isn’t that easy. If you look into the deal there’s a number of details to be sorted. No least Harry has to generate the funds from sales and then there’s the fact that Sandro’s fee isn’t agreed because he part owned by business men. It’s a complex deal that fell through once and could do so again.

  7. who cares dos santos all over again sandro is only 20 spurs are buying for the future to make sure a return can be made if he dont make the grade.sandro can be loaned out along with 7 or 8 other young guys

  8. ALL THESE SO CALLED EXCELLENT PLAYERS ARE GREAT NEWS ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE COMING TO SPURS , BUT HOW MANY HAVE WE HAD TO MOVE ON WITH A HUGH LOSS OF REVENUE ITS DAMM LUCKY IF THESE WONDER PLAYERS CAN ADJUST TO THE EPL ITS LIKE PLAYING THE LOTTERY , WE KNOW THE LOCAL PROVED PLAYERS THAT CAN PERFORM WELL IN THE EPL ARE COSTING ZILLIONS AND WANT BIG WAGES SO WHAT OTHER OPTION HAVE WE GOT , FINGERS CROSSED THIS SIGNING IF ITS TRUE IS A ONCE IN A BLUE WONDER SIGNING FOR SPURS BUT WE STILL NEED OTHER AREA`S COVERED AND A LOT OF DEADWOOD MOVED ON COYS ! ! !
