Tottenham Hotspur may not be performing at their best right now, but they certainly have some bright young players for the future, if they play their cards right.
I wanted to take a look at a possible Tottenham XI of players 23-years-old and under, obviously not including any stars that Spurs may sign in the near future.
Perhaps the toughest pick comes in goal, as you rarely see a top-six club academy keeper break through, but I have opted for Alfie Whiteman for now.
At left-back, Ryan Sessegnon lines up, with Japhet Tanganga filling in at right-back due to the limited options.
In central defence, Davinson Sanchez and Juan Foyth partner each other as a relatively young but experienced duo.
In central midfield, Harry Winks and new boy Gedson Fernandes form a partnership, with the talented Ndombele freed up in a more advanced role. Giovani Lo Celso and Dele Alli both offer back up to Troy Parrot up front.
