Opinion: Chimbonda vs Spurs Web score prediction series – Brentford in the League Cup

Tottenham Hotspur take on Brentford in the Carabao Cup semi-final on Tuesday evening, with Man United and Man City going head-to-head the following night.

Having won the competition four times in the past with Chelsea (3) and the Red Devils, Jose Mourinho will be looking to make it fifth time lucky with Spurs this season.

Tottenham come into the match off the back of an impressive 3-0 win over Leeds United, which was much-needed after four games without a win in the Premier League.

However, Brentford come into the game in even better form, unbeaten in their last 16 matches across all competitions.

The Championship outfit will certainly be no rollover as they have already knocked West Brom, Fulham and Newcastle out of the Carabao Cup so far this season.

We caught up with our friend, Pascal Chimbonda to see whether he expects Tottenham to qualify for their first final under Mourinho on Tuesday.

The Rules

The rules are simple – We will be predicting Tottenham scores against Pascal for the entire 2020/21 season. Three points will be awarded for a perfect prediction, while a correct score will get one point.

The Predictions

Pascal – 2-0 Tottenham win

Spurs Web – 3-1 Tottenham win

The Table –

Spurs Web – 20 points after 27 games (fourteen correct results, two correct scores)

Pascal – 17 points after 27 games (eleven correct results, two correct scores)
