Tottenham Hotspur face a tough trip to Merseyside this week in the Premier League as they play Everton away from home on Friday night.

Although both clubs will retain a slim hope of Champions League football next season, it is more realistic to see them as rivals to qualify for the Europa League.

Spurs are currently seventh in the Premier League on 49 points while Everton are one behind in eighth, although the Toffees do have a game in hand.

Tottenham are without a win in their last two Premier League matches against Man United and Newcastle but Everton have won just one of their past five games.

If Jose Mourinho’s men have any hope of breaking back into the top four, they need to go on a near-flawless run between now and the end of the season, with seven games remaining.

We caught up with Spurs legend, Pascal Chimbonda, to see what he expects from the match on Merseyside.

The Rules

The rules are simple – We will be predicting Tottenham scores against Pascal for the entire 2020/21 season. Three points will be awarded for a perfect prediction, while a correct score will get one point.

The Predictions

Pascal – 2-1 Tottenham win

Spurs Web – 2-1 Tottenham win

The Table –

Spurs Web – 37 points after 50 games (twenty-five correct results, four correct scores)

Pascal – 37 points after 50 games (twenty-two correct results, five correct scores)
